Sales Manager (Senior)

Hoopygang is seeking senior outstanding, highly motivated sales candidates with demonstrable experience in digital media sales. 

Key responsibilities are to prospect, pitch and close business, selling influencer marketing campaigns to agencies and their trading desks as well as direct clients. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, able to prospect and uncover new sales opportunities and produce effective responses to these in the form of proposals and presentations. Furthermore, you will be familiar with what makes a successful agency sales manager and leverage this to drive the value of your portfolio of business forward. Essential to the role is an established agency/network background with the digital media space and knowledge of the digital ecosystem

Required Skills

  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business.
  • Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams.
  • Demonstrable experience of successful digital sales (mobile and/or video, native and/or influencer experience are preferred)
  • Working knowledge of Milan media agencies, trading desks and clients with a network of current contacts
  • Able to present compelling sales presentations either in-person or on the phone to multiple levels within an organization
  • Hungry and motivated to close sales, learn our clients’ businesses, and work closely with the Hoopygang team on a daily basis
  • Excellent understanding of the influencer marketplace
  • Intelligent, with a strong educational background
  • Outstanding organizational skills; must have ability to acquire, accumulate, and report on sales territory and account-level activity in an extremely fast paced and complex environment
  • Fluent and precise written, oral and presentation skills
  • Able to demonstrate and simplify complex data
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite including PowerPoint and Excel as well as other sales management solutions
