Instal is a mobile monetization ad tech company focused on Apps and Games. With its proprietary and certified technology Instal is able to provide a full suite of services and products to support its clients to maximize the user acquisition and monetization goals. With Headquarter in Italy Instal has offices in Florence (HQ), Milan, Berlin and Beijing. 

Instal is looking for Account Manager (preferred with mobile experience) to be included in the Sales & Marketing department to support the area manager to manage the day by day activities and expand the actual portfolio with new clients.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations related to the campaigns
  • Maintain a daily communication with the actual clients
  • Constantly monitor and improve clients satisfaction as it relates to successful campaign management.
  • Find new clients to affiliate to the platform, contact them and negotiate terms and conditions of the partnership
  • Payment and invoicing process management
  • Reporting activities and KPI Analysis
  • Insertion Orders and Contracts analysis and negotiation
  • POC between the clients and the internal technical team to solve technical issues
  • Internal and external training activities related to in-house or 3rd party solutions
  • Strong focus on result’s achievement.

Required skills and expertise:

  • Excellent knowledge of English (a plus is native speaker).
  • Marked passion for technology
  • Resourcefulness, flexibility and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of language associated with on line advertising and new technologies.
  • Knowledge of social communication channels and their communication tech.
  • Good use of Office Instruments.
  • Familiarity with numbers and KPI analysis
  • Marked passion for mobile technology.
